SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All prints are shipped free. At this time, we are only shipping to the Lower 48 States in the USA.

All prints are made in, and shipped from our studio in Central Florida. Our prints are usually shipped within 2-4 working days of your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any supply chain or weather issues that may occur with our vendors, and we will let you know via email if we are not able to ship within this time frame.

All of our prints are shipped flat in a rigid mailer. This prevents any rolling effect on your paper and allows you to frame your print more easily. We ship USPS, and will email you a tracking number as soon as the shipment is initiated. We can not be responsible for any issues that may occur with USPS delivery times. With your tracking number, you can contact them them directly. Please be aware of any Holidays or weather issues occuring across the country once the package is transferred to them.

In the unlikely event of a damaged mailer upon delivery, please immediately check the condition of your print. We will need a photo of the mailer as well as the print, which you can send via email to pixietown13@gmail.com. After approval, we will ship another print within 7 working days.
